CoachPro is designed to keep teacher and student management data under the user's control. This policy explains what information is stored, how subscriptions are handled, and how users can manage their data.
1. Information CoachPro stores
CoachPro is an offline-first app. Teacher profiles, student records, schedules, attendance data, notes, and locally generated reports are stored on the user's device. CoachPro does not operate a remote backend that receives or stores this classroom data.
2. Subscription and purchase data
CoachPro uses Apple App Store billing and RevenueCat to validate subscription status and unlock paid features. Payment card details are processed by Apple and are not stored by CoachPro.
- RevenueCat may process anonymous or pseudonymous purchase status data.
- Apple processes billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its own policies.
- CoachPro uses subscription status only to determine feature access.

4. Analytics and tracking
CoachPro does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
5. User control and retention
Because core app data stays on the device, the user remains in control of retention. Data can be exported or deleted from within the app. When the app is removed from a device, locally stored data may also be removed depending on the platform's uninstall behavior.
6. Children and student information
CoachPro is intended for adult coaches, tutors, and teachers. It is not directed to children. Users are responsible for entering and managing any student-related information in compliance with local laws and school or business obligations.
