Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the CoachPro mobile application, including paid subscription features made available through the Apple App Store.

1. Service overview

CoachPro is a productivity app for coaches, tutors, and teachers to manage students, scheduling, attendance, lesson notes, reports, and business records.

2. Subscription plans

CoachPro may offer recurring premium plans such as monthly and yearly subscriptions. Available plans, feature access, and pricing are displayed in the app and in the App Store product sheet at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, promotions, and storefront.

3. Billing and auto-renewal

  • Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • The user's account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current paid period.

4. Restores and refunds

Users can restore prior purchases from within the app when available. Refund requests, billing disputes, and payment reversals are handled by Apple under Apple media services terms and regional consumer rules.

5. Acceptable use

Users are responsible for using CoachPro lawfully and for ensuring that any data they enter into the app is collected and managed in compliance with applicable privacy, education, employment, and consumer laws.

6. Availability and changes

CoachPro may update features, pricing, or subscription offerings over time. Changes to app functionality or legal documents take effect when published or when an updated version of the app is released.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply under local law.
